Children & Youth
At Project:Re3 we believe that missions and serving God is from cradle to the grave, meaning that having an active life in Christ is not just for 18-50-year-olds. That is why everyone at Project:Re3, beginning with our Re3 kids and youth, are encouraged to engage the world around them with their faith.
The purpose of our Re3 children and youth ministry is to foster the spiritual growth and development of children and youth from birth through High School and to assist them in achieving their highest potential both inside the church and outside of the church. Our student ministries provide children and youth a safe, structured, and enjoyable space to grow closer to Christ in their faith walk and live it out in their homes, communities, and campuses.
Re3 Kids (Birth-5th Grade)
On Sunday mornings during our 10:30am worship gathering we offer the following for children:
- Nursery - Kids under the age of 2
- Pre-K Kids - Kids ages 2 - 5 (Pre-K)
- Kid's Church - After the music portion of our worship gatherings, our elementary age children Grades K-5th) are invited to take part in their very own "Kid's Church" which is located in our fellowship hall.
Of course, all of our Sunday morning children's ministry programs are optional. If you would like to keep your child with you in worship the entire time, that is fine with us. Whatever you want as a family is best. But if they do stay in nursery or head to kids church we know that they will have a great time! Also, all of our volunteers have had extensive background checks and have been properly trained to work with children. (Many of our volunteers are teachers in our local schools)
We also offer events each month that allows the kids a chance to participate in showing the love of Christ such as visiting nursing homes, serving in homeless shelters, and collecting items for those in need.
Re3 Youth (6th-12th Grade)
Our middle and high school students meet each Sunday afternoon from 4:30pm-6:00pm for small groups, discussion, games, fellowship, and more. In addition to the weekly meetings, our youth spend time volunteering at local homeless shelters and other places of need. We also have a week-long summer mission trip that focuses on home repairs in impoverished areas through Group Mission Trips http://groupmissiontrips.com/
