Project:Re3 believes it's important to have strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations in the Greater Winston-Salem area and Forsyth County. A Brighter Path Foundation/WS Industries for the Blind - improving the overall quality of life for the blind or visually impaired by developing personal independence)

Arts for Life – by providing educational art programs, we enrich patients’ lives, nurture their minds and spirits, and encourage positive healthcare experiences for children and their families

Bethesda Center – providing services to the homeless throughout Forsyth County

Big Brothers Big Sisters – helping children realize their potential and build their futures

Blessings Project Foundation – provides funding, guidance and other support to organizations in the local community, across the country and around the globe

Brian Center Health & Retirement – nursing home facility

Brooks Women’s Hope Center – exists to ignite and nurture hope in women through education, support, and faith-based inspiration as they navigate the circumstances of their lives

Brownsboro Outreach – neighbors serving neighbors

Camp Hope – where a kid can be a kid at this weeklong summer camp

Campus Kitchen WFU – dedicated to fighting hunger and reducing waste through food recycling programs on college campuses

Cancer Services – exists to help those affected by cancer to regain a sense of control in their lives

Career Connections & Prosperity Center – a United Way collaborative between Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, and Financial Pathways of the Piedmont, formerly Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Forsyth County

Centerpoint Human Services – works closely with community partners, advocates and service providers to address the service needs of the people and communities they serve

Child Life Department – a service of Brenner Children’s Hospital; helps children and families adjust to hospital life and help make the hospital experience a more positive one

Community Care Center – provides access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare services to the medically uninsured and underserved who reside in Forsyth, Stokes or Davie counties and meet the eligibility guidelines of the Community Care Center

Community:Serve - volunteer opportunities available during a week in the summer

Cook Elementary School Back Pack Program – a partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank, and a number of churches in the community

Davidson Medical Ministries ministers to the needs of those in our communities who lack the resources to access quality health care

ECHO Network - building a better community by providing opportunities to foster enriching, trusting, and long-lasting relationships among diverse people

El Buen Pastor Latino Community Services – exists to strengthen Latino families in the Old Town area and help them adapt to their new lives in Winston-Salem

Exchange SCAN - provides a variety of programs to prevent and treat child abuse

Family Services – exists to promote the school readiness of children, the well-being of adults and families, and the safety of those in the community impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault

First Family Adventures, Inc. – the nonprofit organization overseeing Love Out Loud

Forsyth Futures - puts community knowledge to work by providing an objective broad view of local information, being a catalyst, connecting people, and serving as a convener. What we do

Forsyth Jail & Prison Ministries -a community funded ministry which provides Christian Ministry, counseling, and re-entry guidance to the incarcerated in our area

Gap Construction Ministry – exists to help those who need home repairs, home maintenance and affordable housing in the Piedmont Triad Region of NC

Goodwill Industries of NWNC – creating opportunities for people to enhance their lives through training, workforce development services and collaboration with other community organizations

Gramercy Research Group – combines faith, science, and research to develop evidence-based programs that can help individuals adopt healthy habits

Greater Piedmont Teen Challenge – to introduce hope and healing to individuals with life-controlling problems through a personal, loving relationship with Jesus Christ so they may live successfully in society

Habitat for Humanity – brings together community partners and volunteers from all faiths to help qualified Partner Families construct, renovate and purchase well-built, affordable homes and become successful homeowners. Click HERE for info on a the Nov. 1st event.

HandsOn NWNC – connects nonprofits with the resources needed to develop capacity, and we connect volunteers with nonprofits needing services

Hunger2Health  – seeks opportunities to reach people in order to increase awareness of poverty needs around us and to develop life-changing relationships with Ashley School and neighborhood

Imago Dei – helps women find their true identity in God reflect His image in spirit soul and body

Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home - care for those individuals living with a life-limiting illness and their families, through quality medical, emotional, spiritual, and social support

Kingswood High School at the Children’s Home - a public alternative school serving students in grades 6 – 12

Latch Key – provides a safe development and appropriate environment for school-age youth.

Leadership WS – educating, connecting and energizing leaders to serve and improve the community

Lifeline Shoebox – a ministry that provides personal needs items to residents of assisted living and nursing homes

Manna Meals – we feed delicious homemade soup to hundreds of hungry people each week at locations in Davie and Forsyth Counties

Mary’s Grace – provides programming and resources for persons with disabilities, their families and their support systems

Motvation Ministry - mentorships, scholarship assistance and student loan repayment for young Christian artists and athletes

Mount Eagle Foundation – support for students’ academic goals

National Black Theater Festival – enables Black theatre professionals to express cultural values and perspectives inherent to the African Diaspora candidly, dramatically and powerfully

New Canaan Society – a gathering of men who want to experience life-changing relationships with each other under the umbrella of a friendship with Jesus

Newborns In Need – support and help to provide the needs of premature babies

Next Step Ministries, Inc. – assisting women who are victims of domestic violence and their children to break the cycle of violence

North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition – engages in grassroots advocacy, resource development, coalition building and direct services for those made vulnerable by drug use, sex work, overdose, immigration status, gender, STIs, HIV and hepatitis; also provides resources and support to the law enforcement, public health and provider communities

Northwest Community Care Network – helping to bridge the gap of provider and patient education to improve access, quality and effectiveness of care

Nurse-Family Partnership -transforming the lives of first-time moms and their babies

On Wings Like a Dove – a ministry for the Loved Ones of Prodigals and Prisoners

Open Arms Refugee Ministry – to connect churches with refugees who are right in their own back yards

Positive Wellness Alliance – serving people infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS

Project Hope – a program offered by the WSFCS that addresses the needs of homeless children and their families

Riverwood Therapeutic Riding Center – provides quality, professional equine assisted activities for both children and adults with special needs

Salem Pregnancy Care Center – offers pregnancy counseling, referrals for approved ultrasounds, abstinence education, parenting programs, post-abortion counseling, and adoption counseling to women, men, and families

Samaritan Ministries – providing hope and healing by sharing food, shelter, and guidance with the hungry, homeless and people in need through Christian love and service, for the benefit of all.Connect & Serve.

Sawtooth School for Visual Art - the only community art school in Winston-Salem

Second Harvest Food Bank NWNC - committed to reducing hunger and malnutrition in northwest North Carolina

SECU Family House  – provides affordable lodging in a caring environment for referred adult patients and/or their caregivers who travel to Winston-Salem, N.C., for medical treatment 

Senior Services Meals On Wheels  – operates three nutrition programs to assist the homebound elderly in Forsyth County

The Shepherd’s Center of Greater Winston-Salem  - promotes and supports successful aging by providing direct services, volunteer opportunities, and enrichment programs for older adults

Smart Start of Forsyth County – serves children ages birth to 5 and their families

Solus Christus – dedicated to improving the lives of women suffering from alcoholism and/or drug addiction

StreetLight  – provides resources and support for women in crisis, specifically those employed by the adult entertainment industry

Sunnyside Ministry – provides short-term emergency assistance for life’s basic needs to families who find themselves in crisis situations

Ten-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness 
- working to reach our community’s vision to end chronic homelessness in ten years and improve the system for all people experiencing homelessness

The Children’s Home – provides safety, love, education, and therapy in times of critical need

The COMMONS – help for youth aging out of the foster care system, and young adults in the autistic spectrum. Connect & Serve.

The Enrichment Center - empowering individuals with disabilities: growth, dignity, choice

The Shalom Project – seeks to build a strong and healthy community by meeting the needs of people with compassion, celebrating diversity and working for justice

Transformed Lives, Inc.  - strengthens underserved families and communities through supportive services, resourceful partnerships and mutually trusting relationships

Triad Dream Center/Agape Care and Share  – providing a helping hand to people in need who live in the Winston-Salem area through food assistance, clothing and counseling

Trinity Center – fostering healing and wholeness through counseling, spiritual formation, and educational services

Veterans Helping Veterans Heal - a transitional housing program for homeless veterans

WBFJ 89.3FM Radio – Christian music for the Triad

Winston Salem Street School – a private alternative high school where at-risk youth are provided an opportunity to learn and grow in a small environment which reflects and demonstrates the love of Christ

Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools - At every school, students are led by teachers and staff members dedicated to helping them grow as students and people. Parents, students, schools and the community work together to build the leaders of tomorrow.

Work Family Resource Center - focuses on coordinating child care services with child care needs and providing public awareness about the importance of quality child care

World Relief of High Point – partners with the local church and community to assist refugee families by providing support as they adjust to their new lives in America

W.O.W. House of Refuge – a passageway for women to leave negative lifestyle behaviors and re-establish them in their lives and into society

WS Rescue Mission – recovery services and life skill programs for men who want to come out of the homeless lifestyle

WS Chamber of Commerce – providing and advocating for a favorable environment for businesses of all sizes

WS Symphony – education and community engagement performances along with partnerships with other area arts, educational, and social services organizations

WS Urban League – to empower and advocate for a diverse community, to promote socioeconomic progress and parity through education, training, and civic engagement

Yokefellows – a weekly on-site program to promote positive relationships between inmates and community volunteers

Young Life of Greater Forsyth County - a world-class organization for adolescents

YoungLives – a ministry of Young Life just for teen moms, their babies, and expecting teenagers.Connect & Serve.

Youth In Transition - a systems improvement initiative for young adults who are aging out of the foster care environment

Youth Opportunities – committed to building better futures for young people by providing opportunities they need to lead responsible and fulfilling lives, with particular concern for those whose behavior or family circumstances threaten their ability to develop successfully

YWCA for Hawley House – the only Licensed Women’s Substance Abuse Recovery Facility in Forsyth County

YWCA Winston-Salem – dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all
